These terms explain how you may use Lucky Name, including our name analysis tools, Chinese naming inspiration features, and paid digital naming inspiration pack.

1. Service overview

Lucky Name provides Eastern name culture analysis and Chinese naming inspiration. The service is designed for cultural exploration, aesthetic comparison, entertainment, and creative decision support.

Name readings, scores, candidate names, and symbolic interpretations are generated by software systems. They are cultural and creative references only. They are not prediction, divination, religious services, guaranteed real-world outcomes, or legal, medical, financial, religious, immigration, identity, or other professional advice.

2. Digital product and delivery

The paid product is the Naming Inspiration Pack. It currently adds 10 extra naming attempts to the current browser fingerprint after payment is confirmed.

Delivery is digital and automatic. The server grants quota after the payment provider confirms a successful capture or equivalent completed payment status.

3. Payments, pricing, and refunds

Prices, currency, product contents, and available payment methods are shown on the payment page before checkout. Payment is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout.

If payment succeeds but quota is not delivered, contact [email protected] with the payment reference. We will verify the transaction and either deliver the purchased quota or provide a refund where appropriate.

Because the product is a digital quota that may be delivered immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case for failed delivery, duplicate payment, technical error, or other legally required reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal naming inspiration and cultural research. You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas, interfere with payment or security systems, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use generated results to harm, deceive, or discriminate against others.

You are responsible for reviewing any generated name before using it in legal documents, public branding, personal identity decisions, or other important contexts.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation providers, payment providers, network services, or Cloudflare infrastructure may occasionally be unavailable.

We may update features, pricing, product packaging, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
