This policy explains what Lucky Name handles when you use the website, generate name candidates, purchase digital quota, or contact support.

1. Anonymous by default

Lucky Name does not require an account. We do not ask for your legal name, phone number, postal address, or precise location to use the core product.

The names and preferences you enter are used to generate analysis or naming results. Do not enter sensitive personal information that you do not want processed for this purpose.

2. Local browser data

We use localStorage for wishlist items, theme preference, language preference, local quota display, an anonymous browser fingerprint, naming cache, and unlock records.

This data stays in your browser unless you clear it or your browser removes it. The in-app About page includes a control for clearing local app data from the current browser.

3. Server and generation processing

When you request name analysis or naming inspiration, the request is sent to our Cloudflare Pages Functions and may be processed by generation service providers to produce the requested result.

Server-side quota, payment status, cache decisions, and API keys are handled on the server. We do not place secret payment credentials in frontend code.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We receive payment status, order identifiers, capture identifiers, amount, currency, and related metadata needed to verify delivery and prevent duplicate quota grants.

Do not send full payment card details to us by email or support message.

5. Support and retention

If you contact support, we use the information you provide to investigate your request, verify transactions, respond to you, and maintain service records.

We keep operational records only as long as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service reliability.
